2. I think that when the first wall was built, then the other town was like Oh yeah ! Well look at this wall, and then it kept going on and on.
ReplyDeleteThis wall building mess had bad effects, by making the town going through an economy breakdown. They stopped almost everything, they did not have food, etc, they were just worrying over how big/tall the walls were.
3. I think her statement "one without the other is nothing" means that Since their was one Wall in one town it basically set the other town as nothing, so they had to build a wall to be the same, but instead the other town kept building higher and higher and more like intelligent Wall Designs. Her Solution for the towns when she shows them the kites, and then she named her town the golden kite, and theirs the silver, then they agreed to stop and now everything is back to normal.
3. Like at first a person's reaction would be like oh its just them having fun building walls, But if you think about it, its not only them building walls its them not worrying about their economy and them not worrying about how much food they have. Same thing with the Russia thing, People at first would be like oh their having fun, but enventually if you think about it, it can end up to one country enventually ending.
6. I think the theme of this story is Either thought you dont got something, you have to worry about whats in your face first.

I think that what motivated the two towns to have the competiton,because of their fear of having the other town look better then the other,for example when the first town saw how their city was built like a pig. And their town was built like a orange. They wanted to build a better looking town then the others.and when they did so the other town felt some type of way.and built another look for their town trying ot compete with the other town.. And it kept going on.
